雨天。感触。感恩。

近期频频下雨。每当傍晚6点才结束的课，尤其遇上了绵绵小雨，心情其实可以说是变得相当无奈，有够糟的。因为雨，每个人都想早点回家，可偏偏不是校园巴士满人，就是迟迟不来。因为雨，免不了塞车的命运。这一天，尝试着没有雨伞的陪伴，在大街上追赶着公共巴士，突然觉得自己很凄惨，看着周边的人都有朋友载，而我呢，却孤身一个人。

或许会问，为何我不拿雨伞？哎，有了雨伞，一切就变得不一样了，那种体会就要等待下次的机缘了。至少在今天，我终于明白了读书的孩纸在外头住宿是有多么地本事，多么地不容易。除非你是忘恩负义的家伙，否则一定少不了对家人的思念。我也明白一个落魄的人看着周围幸福的人是什么样的一个瓶颈。因为雨，淋醒了我。
。。。。。。。。。。。。。

呼，总算是赶上了公共巴士，可这巴士的冷气使我身体更鸡东，淋了雨的我，更冷，冷到整身直发抖。一路上塞塞塞。。。终于来到了停车场，看见所剩的车遥遥无几了。带着疲惫的身躯驾车回家，发现电话有好几通未接来电和信息，原来是母亲也。在那刻，孤单寂寞的感觉顿时消失，心里也跟着暖和了起来，流露着欣喜的眼泪。回到家，看着桌上自己爱吃的食物。。。。
有家人，确实幸福。

妈妈，我爱你。妹妹，我爱你。有家为你遮风挡雨，那不是必然的，相信这是前世积来的福。否则，为何这世上会出现幸福的孩子与苦命的孩子？所以，这提醒了我不能忘了修福报！记着，幸福不是必然的。不过苦命的孩子，从另一个角度看，也是幸福的，因为我认为吃过苦的孩子会比我们这些温室小花来得更成功，更有前途，更有意志力，这不是件坏事。所以，我欣赏吃苦滴孩子！

没有苦，哪来的甜？虽然是老套一席话，却隐含着既事实又深奥的意义。
下雨，从某个角度去想，是件坏事。但从另一个角度去想，却是好事。

有听过卖雨伞与卖冰淇淋的故事吗？
从前有两个老伯，一个卖雨伞，一个卖冰淇淋。每当下雨，卖冰淇淋的老伯总是唉声叹气地说：“哎，为什么要下雨呢？求老天爷不要下雨吧！” 不知是不是老天显灵，雨竟然停了，太阳出来了！这时，另一个卖雨伞的老伯又愁了，说：“哎，为什么不下雨，那我的雨伞怎么办啊？求老天赐雨吧！” 后来有个人出现了，他说：“ 你们为什么不往好的方面去想？每当下雨，卖雨伞的老伯生意不是很好麽？每当没下雨，卖冰淇淋的老伯不也很高兴吗？”  两位老伯听了这么一席话，露出了欣喜的笑容。

人，总是那么奇怪，下雨是自然现象。其实几乎每个人都有这么个古怪毛病，例如：每当遇到不顺意的事，就怪老天。其实这关老天啥事呢？为什么遇到不顺意的事，就认为自己那天在走霉运，为何不往好方面去想呢？

就拿以前的我来说，其实我也算是个没品的司机吧，每当看到有车在我前面慢慢行驶，但也就是因为这辆车，导致路上不顺畅，我就会怪那车主说为何他驾得那么慢，怎么不行驶去旁边，偏要行驶在这第三条的快速车道，真是个超不体谅的人哎！尤其是在赶时间的时候，遇到这等事，特别暴躁，觉得怎么遇到那么多逆境！可现在，换个角度来看，其实这些都是为我好的，可能就因为这辆车，让我慢了这么几分钟，就避免了意外的发生，更提醒我要小心行驶。况且我生气，对方还不知道叻，那我不是白生气麽，想回起来，当时的我还真愚蠢。生气别人等于伤害自己，我真可悲。

其实这故事和我们的生活是息息相关的。
我写出这些事迹主要也是为了提醒自己。
要相信，顺境与逆境，随你怎么看罢了。
这一天，整个过程虽然仅仅30分钟，却给了我非一般的体验。

榜中王 "Super Smart" NTV7 Good Show！

"Super Smart" 榜中王 is one of the NTV7 TV intelligence game show, started from 21th October 2012, every Sunday, 7 p.m. It is designed mainly for secondary school students. I can't deny that the 16 finalists schools are all extraordinary, especially participants from Foon Yew High School (新山宽柔中学), they are too amazing! OMG, Johor schools always give me a deep impression, either from 无敌状元 or 榜中王.

In November 11, Foon Yew High School Leader 张为胜同学 and Assistant General 詹家胜同学, again, retained no. 1 and holding a safe lead. Here are the results,

学海榜 —— 60 marks
大事榜 —— 125 marks (Impressive result hey!)
辩学榜 —— 78 marks

Total 263 marks, sure can get into eight finalists! Congratulations! But the differences between the first and the second places, TOO obvious already, not 50 marks differences, but 263 marks VS 173 marks!

 

On the other hand, the school that attracted my attention is Chung Hua Middle School No.3 (古晋三中) Leader 杨诗佳同学 and Assistant General 蔡情美同学. In November 11, they gained 151 marks, get into no. 6 places, congrats too! Here are the results,

学海榜 —— 50 marks
大事榜 —— 25 marks
辩学榜 —— 76 marks

No, I like this school not because of their brilliance, but is the leader 杨诗佳, she is so adorable! She often laughing while playing game, what is so funny actually? I don't know. Perhaps because of she is the only participant who willing to show this unique characteristic in front of TV, she get my attention! Moreover, I'm quite like her smile, honestly =)) It just like an extra entertainment =))

Besides, regarding to the questions in this competition, especially science questions, I have to admit that it is too challenging for me! eg. What DNA called in chinese? Hey, it is not fair especially for SMK government school students like me :(( We only learned DNA in english, but not chinese. That's all of my thoughts about 榜中王. Anyway, good luck to every school in the following competition.

Advanced Date Rape Drug: Roofies or Rohyphenol

 

Recently, there was a new advanced date rape drug appeared in society! Everyone must be careful especially for females! Idiot! Don't know who and why they produce these kind of harmful drugs. Why still got insane don't know how to think at opposite side and respect others? Why still got idiot intended to buy these kind of dangerous date rape drug? If you have been raped in the unconcious condition, would you feel happy?
Briefly introduces this drug named roofies or Rohyphenol. (in Chinese: 迷奸水)

Rohyphenol/ Roofies:
It is a common term for a drug used to render victims unconscious or incapacitated; typically used by males from college fraternities to rape female (or possibly male) victims because they, the frat kids, can't any poontang any other way due to their lack of basic social skills, idiocy or missing chromosomes.

New information: This evolution of new discovered drug have added features that can make individual loss memory around 3 hours and promote sensuality. But do you know that this drug can in fact brings fatal consequences! So please don't use this drug to anyone**

To Protect Eyes while Using Laptop? By Set Up Window Colour

Everybody understand the harmful effect of using too much computer or laptop. Hence, I'm not going to elaborate about the side effect of using computer. However, almost every individual requires to use computer everyday. Students used laptop to do their assignments, workers used it for their works and communication. It is quite hard to avoid us from dealing with computer. But, atleast we can minimize harmful level to our eyes.
One of the way is to adjust the brightness of the computer screen/window to protect our eyes.

Besides, you may set up screen/window colour.
For the sake of your eyesight, do the configuration to your computer. It is quite useful and you will feel more comfortable to your eyes.

Computer A:
a) Right click on Desktop --> Properties --> Appearance --> Advanced

b) Item Select (Window) --> Colour 1 (L) select "Others" -->
Hue: 85 (originally 160)
Saturation: 123 (originally 0)
Brightness: 205 (originally 240)

b) Add to customized colour. Click OK.
Then all the documents are not of dazzling black and white, but very soft green, which is suggested by ophthalmologist.

Computer B:
a) Right click on Desktop --> Personalize --> Window Colour --> Advanced appearance settings...

b) (Item) Select --> "Window" --> Colour 1 (select "Other") -->
Hue: 85 (originally 160)
Saturation: 123 (originally 0)
Brightness: 205 (originally 240)

c) Add to customized colour. Click OK.

You may set this configuration to Internet Explorer too.
a) Open Internet Explorer.
b) Menu Bar --> Tools --> Internet options --> General tab --> Accessibility
c) Tick "Ignore colours specified on webpages"
d) Click OK.

How to Respond When You Saw Someone Being Mugged?

"What would you do if you saw someone being mugged or robbed?" Have you ever experienced similar situation before? Would you help them even if it put you at risk or just walk away? It is a big question that everyone should take time to think. This question has been on my mind throughout daily newspaper about a chinese girl being robbed. It is quite astonishing that this affair happened in supermarket! Hey, it is public place, there was crowded with people! What shocked me was that there was a security guard around! Nobody lifted a finger to help or even called the police. Imagine you are the victim, how would you feel? Is "bystander society" nowadays? Is today's goverment or society corrupt?

I totally agree with this quote. For example, if you can't lend a hand when somebody get robbed, hopefully you are lucky forever without facing any difficulties.

I have discussed this topic in greater detail with different social stratum. A majority of people clarified that they can't respond to the incident, as it happening in just few seconds, most of them were stood there and completely stunned. Few citizens explained that they are fearful of the vengeance from robbers as they live around. A minority of people stated that it is none of their business, why they want to get in the trouble?

To avoid more incidences of victims being mugged, especially it may threaten your family! We must cooperate to save our society. From our discussion, here is the solution. Perhaps it is imperfect, but atleast can put them away. Remember that fighting is not the solution! You are not wrestler or even boxer, individualism can often get you into trouble, hence kindly use your wisdom.

REACT AS FAST IN JUST FEW SECONDS
Remember that there is no time for you to hesitate! There is no good excuse for failing to help them. Unity is strength.
a) If you have a great physical strength, dustbin or anything else that can stop muggers moving is around, use that to throw at the muggers!

b) If you are not that strong, chasing them too and pull the others hand and continue chasing. You will realize that many of them were not actually refused to lend a hand, but stunned over there and waiting someone to awake them!!
When you think that it is your obligation to save your country or living environment, you won't feel indecisive or hesitate again. You will take action. Keep in mind that solidarity is power, solidarity means victory.

c) Use your voice, shouting!!!

d) Call police, press 999. But this method is less effective in public places. As polices are not around and these cases occured in just few seconds. As the saying goes, near friend is better than far-dwelling kinsman.

A WORD FOR COWARD MAN
For those who live around, instead of being afraid of reprisal or revenge, why don't you stand up to fight them back? Would you like to live under dread circumstance and could lead to tragedy?

These solutions are mainly for public place, not alleyway. Be aware and press 999 (call police) if you saw anything happenned especially in the night (alleyway, bus stop, petrol station, street, roadside)! Sometimes your sympathy can get you into trouble, too.

A WORD FOR DRIVER
I believe that many people get affected by news about drivers get mugged when they get down from the car. But atleast help to call ambulance when you saw people get injured at the roadside, whether assure or not, please have a look, perhaps they are waiting for your help! There is a well-known Buddhist saying in China: “It is better to save one life than to build a seven-story pagoda.”

Karma and effect? Lend a hand and you could make a difference.
