You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy? Give specific reasons to explain your choice.

Answer 1
People always have to decide how they will invest their money after they have saved it for a while. Some people invest in a house but some people invest in a business. If I have enough money, I will purchase a house as it has no any disadvantage to me.

Purchasing a house means that it belongs to me as my property. I can feel that I do not waste my money. It is just turned into a house. Besides, the house price is rising higher and higher so this is a good investment. If I have my children, they will not have to purchase a new house. They can take one of mine. If I let them find money and afford a house themselves, I can not imagine how the house price will be at that time, and how hard my children will have to work to earn enough money. Moreover, I can either move to the new house after I get bored with the old one. Some people in my country have more than one house. One is in the city near their workplaces. Another is quite far away from the city so they can have their rest there on weekends. In addition, I can let other people rent this house if I do not need to live there that time. By doing this, I can also have income from my house.

On the other hand, purchasing a business is full of risk. As I am not good at business, I need to take time in studying the business to purchase one. Even if I have studied well on the business, it is still risky. I would rather not try on my own business although I can make more profit on it.

It is obvious for me which choice I will choose after compare two options, to purchase a house or a business. Purchasing a house is surely my last answer.

I would prefer to buy a house, as it gives shelter to my family. When we invest in business we need to work and struggle hard to achieve a profit, but a house is where we relax and spend our quality time with our family.

Every human beings aspiration is to buy a house. People who can afford to do so buy a house for their convenience, but the people who are unable are still working hard to buy a house. If given an opportunity, I would prefer to buy a house, as this is my inspiration and I will build up my career for better prospects.

A house is also an investment. In India the value of houses has risen significantly and the value may not come down. Buying a house has become a trend in India.

In business there is strong competition everywhere, so before setting up a business we need to know the market better and we should be able to understand and recognize the trends.We should be well skilled to set up a business otherwise we can’t make profit in a competing market.

When we set up a business, we have to struggle hard to make a profit and to increase the business turnover.We cannot do the same business for long, so we need to implement new business strategies for better progress.For this we need lots of energy, stamina, etc. otherwise the business might fall down, and we may have to lose the money which we have invested.

But in the case of buying a house,we have a permanent investment. Without any hard work or without struggling we can get double the amount of our investment if we decide to sell it.

Also I’m not capable of setting up a business and managing it.
To set up a business we need to follow government rules & regulations and make proper arrangements for employees, business chores etc.

We may not be able to spend our quality time with our family, because of our business chores, and we may lose interest in our family.So I really feel that if I buy a house, I would lead a happy life and continue to work and be satisfied.

If I have enough money to purchase either a house or a business, I would definitely select to buy a business. I believe that spending money on building my own business, despite being somewhat risky, is the more well advised choice because it could bring me more profit or money, valuable experience and knowledge. In contrast buying a house, however gives me a comfortable environment to live, it cannot give me expanded profit like a prosperous business.

Starting one’s own business requires a certain sense of risk, and strong desire to succeed by improving self skills. The cornerstone of the starting own business is the specialized knowledge related to that business field. Also by developing their own business, the person will have to learn more about diversified fields of professions such as accounting, management and business administration even though they are not his/her main profession. Also no one can do all the works by himself/herself. Therefore the person who owns the business, needs to hire the right professionals, employees and need to manage them in the correct way to acquire success in the business field. All these things give the person the deepest knowledge, valuable communicational and professional experience, useful for the future. It may take several years to succeed in the business, and maybe there would be numerous unsuccessful attempts, but in the end, if the business grows and develops successfully, it could bring more and more profit or money than was spent on to start it.

If the person was buying a house instead of buying a business, it gives him/her temporary contentment, but it cannot bring more pleasure than the successful business can bring. Another reason is also in today’s active world, especially young people always move from one place to other to search for new opportunities and new careers. In this case to spend money on buying a house is not a perfect choice.

In conclusion, buying a business instead of a house could bring me A brighter future. By starting and developing the business successfully, I can earn much money from the business, and I could buy not only a house but also everything that is needed for my family and our life. And also it brings me high self-improvement.

Money is an essential part of everyday life, people work hard to earn money through which one they can satisfy their many desires like buying a well furnished house with modern technologies or buying a business.

If I had enough money I would like to buy a bungalow near a sea coast/ facing the sea which is my childhood dream. I will do its interior myself, curtains will be of silk fabric ,walls with sky blue hue ,cane furniture ,modular kitchen , Italian flooring and marble ,to make the house smell good and look aesthetic I will place scented candles fresh roses ,frames and statues.

House is a place where one would like to find solace after a stressful day. I feel like having your own house is very precious in this busy life. It’s a life long investment; it’s not like business where there is a possibility that you can suffer loss if the business doesn’t work. It will be a shelter for my family from extreme weather. I can rest,talk ,shout in my home, I can cook what I wish ,use the bathroom ,watch television ,listen to music without anyone’s interference. I can keep the lights on when I need. I can provide a roof to any needy person who is new to the place, who has an interview or an exam the next day. If I am ill I would like to have a rest in my home.

I want to buy a house facing the sea, so that I can view the sunrise, sunset, and horizon. I can enjoy a gentle breeze zephyr. I can go for a morning walk on beach.

No one can live in a hotel or a hostel for a long time. It's fine to stay there if I am in a University or visiting somewhere. A House is a must for everyone, even a bird likes to rest in their familiar nest.

A House provides happiness, comfort to me, investing my money by buying a house is a like a dream come true. If I wish to sell it anytime I will get my money back, not like in business if it doesn’t show a profit everything is lost. A House gives me in return peace of mind; I feel my hard earned money is utilized properly.

If a person has enough money to buy either a house or a business, it will be a tough choice. Some people would opt to buy a house while others would choose to buy a business. Both of them have benefits, but if I were given the choice, I would buy a business. The reasons for my choice are that a business would give me the opportunity to make more money, and having my own business would supply me with a great feeling of satisfaction.

First of all, if I own my own business and it is successful, I will be able to make more money. I think that in time most people reach the point to which they are able to buy themselves a house, but it might not be exactly the kind of house that they would like to have. However, if I own a successful business, I will have a constant in-flow of money that I can save up. Over time I will be able to save up enough money to buy the exact type of house that my family and I would like to have. In addition, the money provided by having a successful business will allow me and family to do all the things that we want to do, like travel, and have all the things that we would like to have, such as fashionable clothes, nice cars and top-grade education for my children.

Furthermore, if I have my own business, it will supply me with something more than money. It would give me the chance to feel great satisfaction with the fact that I have my own business. Most adults work, but they do not all have their own businesses. Though some people who work for others may feel satisfied, I believe they are in the minority. Most people just look at their jobs as a way to make money in order to satisfy the basic needs of their families. However, having a successful business will provide satisfaction through feelings of pride, accomplishment and self-confidence. In a way, those feelings are worth more than money.

While it would be nice to buy a house of my own, I think it would be better in the long run to own a successful business first. If I own my own business, I will be able to accumulate the wealth needed to fulfill my desires and also develop a nice sense of satisfaction. Those two factors together will make life very nice to live.
